Choose Different Processing Methods According To The Needs Of Customers’ Products

-Stamping (blanking – punching – bending – forming)

  1. Blanking: the material is separated from the material or process parts along the outline, so as to obtain the required material on the material or process parts. In this step, there are two kinds of molds, respectively, continuous molds and ordinary molds.

Continuous die: expensive, one step molding, no other steps; Output faster than 20,000 a day, at least 100,000 more than 200,000 suitable;

Ordinary mold: need multiple steps to complete, 1500 a day;
