Material selection and preparation
Material: Steel plate
Material selection of high-quality cold-rolled steel plate, with high hardness and ductility, while easy to process.
The steel plate must meet the relevant standards (such as GB/T 709 or ASTM A568) and have a flat surface without cracks or corrosion.

Processing process flow
Housing part
Laser cutting: High-precision laser cutting equipment is used to cut the steel plate, and the plane pattern of the box is made, including the bottom, side and reinforcement structural parts.
Laser cutting has the characteristics of smooth incision and high precision, without secondary grinding, and the error is controlled within ± 0.2mm.
Bend: With the help of CNC bending machine (CNC bending machine), the cut steel plate is bent several times to form the three-dimensional shape of the box.
The bending Angle should be strictly controlled to ensure that the edges of the box after forming are straight and the joint surface is seamless.
Welding:Use gas shielded welding (MIG welding) or laser welding technology to firmly weld the bent parts of the box to ensure structural strength.
After welding, the weld is polished and polished to ensure that the surface of the box is smooth.
Lid section
Stamping:The main body of the box cover is produced by stamping the steel plate with a hydraulic press.
The mold needs to be designed precisely to ensure that the edge of the lid has a certain tightness to match the box.
Punching and reinforcement:The stiffener design is added to the surface of the lid to improve the compression performance, and the hinge hole or handle hole is punched if necessary.
Surface treatment: anodizing
–After forming the box and the box cover are treated, a layer of corrosion resistant oxide film is formed on the surface of the steel plate by anodic oxidation process.Color (such as black, silver, etc.) can be added in the treatment process to enhance the beauty of the product and anti-rust performance. The oxide layer thickness is controlled at 10-15 μm.
Quality Inspection
Size detection: Use the coordinate measuring instrument (CMM) to measure the key dimensions of the box and the box cover to ensure that there is no error between the two.
Tightness test: Check the tightness between the box and the lid to ensure that there is no obvious gap or water leakage.
Surface inspection: Visual and equipment inspection of the product to ensure uniform surface treatment, no scratches or oxidation spots.
