Metal Stamping FAQ
Metal Stamping FAQ
What are the processes of metal fabrication?
Common processes of metal working include cutting, bending, stamping, casting, forging, welding, turning, milling, drilling, surface treatment, heat treatment, precision machining, and rolling.
What is the lead time for custom metal fabrication orders?
The lead time depends on the complexity of the project, the availability of materials and the number of shipments. In general, the lead time varies from 1 to 8 weeks, a simple product sample, can be shipped the same day, in order to accurately time, we receive the design specification after the individual evaluation of each project.
What information do I need to provide for a quote?
To provide an accurate quote, we need detailed design drawings (CAD /STEF/Solid Edge/3D MAX
and so on), material specifications, tolerances, quantities, and any special surface treatment or finishing requirements.
Do you provide design assistance or make adjustments to drawings for customers?
Yes, our engineering team has very professional experience and is very familiar with the different metal materials and their properties, and is better able to recommend optimization solutions that meet the practical performance of the product, review the manufacturability of the design, and recommend adjustments if necessary.
Can you produce samples or small orders?
Yes, we offer sample and small batch production services. Moreover, we can provide the lowest cost processing solution for small batch production and provide the ideal product testing。
How is the quality of my order guaranteed?
We have strict quality control measures, including inspection at all stages of production, we can provide quality certification documents on request, and products can be seen in advance through video and pictures before delivery.
What surface finishing options do you offer?
We offer various surface finishes, including polishing, painting, powder coating, anodizing, and plating. Please specify any required finishes in your order details.
Can you handle large-scale production orders?
How do you deal with intellectual property and design confidentiality?
We prioritize client confidentiality and are willing to sign non-disclosure agreements to protect your design and intellectual property. All designs are considered proprietary information.
